Area Game

Area game include: pheasants, grouse, quail, cottontail, partridge, doves, squirrels, prairie dogs, common snipes, turkeys, deer, antelope, elk, coyotes, and migratory birds such as Canadian geese.

License Information

License fees in South Dakota are set by the Game, Fish, and Parks Department.  For information on hunting in Nebraska, click here.

General licenses are available at the General Store and Kratovil's True Value. Limited issue licenses are available on-line at Game, Fish & Parks. Applications deadlines are also available at that site.
